2 laptops crashed with photos, videos, documebts and quick books. Ken was able to retrieve most of my goods onto an external hardrive. Thanks Ken.
Ken is knowledgeable, reliable, and affordable. Having a computer problem when you own a small business can be daunting. My problem was solved within 24 hours! Ken was easy to work with. Very accommodating! If I have any computer problems in the future, I will choose Ken's PC. I will also recommend him without hesitation.
I recently purchased a new computer and had some issues with downloading and didn't like the Office word that came with the computer. I was so happy to have a company come to my home and do the work. He was cheaper than the previous company I called and I could tell that when I called Kens shop, he sounded like an honest man. I didn't hesitate one minute to make an appointment. I was so relieved that my appointment was within a couple days. Ken gave me suggestions answered my questions and also helped me download a different option for Office word. He checked several things out while he was here and did it all in one hour! I have already told family members about his great service. So far so good, my computer is doing just what I need. I will positively call him if I ever require computer assistance again. Thank you!!!
Service is what this outfit delivers. I got an emailed estimate and the final bill was that price. My PC has worked flawlessly since we got it back and that is every day. My laptop fan needed replaced. Ken replaced the fan on time and for the price quoted. now it is back working great.

My wife and I have taken our computers to Ken for a few years. Major issues....minor issues...tune ups. Most recently my desktop had slowed down to a snail's pace.
